General

AKS: Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Boatswain: Tool developed by VSHN to perform node maintenance of an EKS cluster (by replacing them)
EKS: Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service
GKE: Google Kubernetes Engine

Personas

End-User: A human that interacts with the service (uses it).
Technical VSHNeer: A VSHNeer doing system administration, solution architecture and other technically focused jobs.
