Response measure

The workload is denied if they exceed the configured quota. See the APPUiO Cloud Commodore component for the exact default quota values.

Rationale

The APPUiO Zone shall be protected from abusive resource usage.
Having a limit of the amount of Namespaces that can be created per organization per APPUiO Zone slows down resource consumption that allows better capacity planning.
