Service User

Service Users are end customers who provision and use services through the Kubernetes API or through a UI (web based or cli based).

Requirements

As a Service User I:

  • Provision and manage service instances through the Kubernetes API or a UI

As a Service User I can:

  • Access service-specific metrics (CPU, memory, connections, throughput)

  • See real-time service health and SLI indicators

  • View application logs for troubleshooting

  • Understand current and projected costs

  • Retrieve credentials and endpoints

  • Get 1st level support from a dedicated support team
