Change vSphere Credentials

In order to rotate vSphere credentials, the vsphere-creds secret in namespace kube-system must be updated. The openshift-cloud-credential-operator will then distribute the credentials to the required places.

If the vSphere CSI controller is used, also update the vsphere-config-secret in the kube-system namespace (if the same account is used for both).
